Millie is a large lady, at eighty pounds of pure muscle and affection! This adventurous and high-energy pup thrives on action and would be an ideal fit for a home with plenty of land or a job that keeps her busy. She’s no stranger to chasing squirrels, playing tug of war, swimming, and fetching her favorite toys, making her an excellent companion for outdoor enthusiasts!
Obedience training? Millie’s got it down! She knows her commands: sit, come, let’s go, wait, lay down, and shake. These skills highlight her intelligence and willingness to engage, although her Black Mouth Cur side brings a dash of stubbornness and a strong territorial instinct. She has an exceptionally high prey drive and can be selective with other dogs, making her a better fit for homes without cats.
When left alone for short periods, Millie tends to sleep but will alert you to any passersby with her vigilant barking. Extended periods of solitude are not her favorite, and she gets particularly anxious when people intrude on her territory. Millie’s loyalty and protectiveness are unwavering; no one will dare break in with her on guard!
Health-wise, Millie is in top shape with all her vaccinations up to date, spayed, microchipped, and house-trained. She follows a special diet due to an allergy to poultry and has dry skin that requires some attention. These minor quirks are just part of what makes her special!
