Meet the Bears!
Momma Bear, a gentle calico beauty estimated to be four and a half years old; Poppa Bear, her confident fawn tabby-and-white companion at an estimated one and a half years old; and Baby Bear, a playful tortoiseshell sparkplug at approximately ten months old. This charming trio currently in Alto, GA shares a close bond and a heartwarming story of resilience, play, and quiet companionship.
The Bear family arrived together last fall and quickly blossomed into affectionate indoor companions under the gentle guidance of a compassionate caregiving couple. While they share a deep connection, each brings a unique spark to the family. Momma Bear is the heart of the group, a sweet and observant girl who may seem shy at first but becomes your gentle shadow once she feels safe. She’s not a fan of being picked up, but head scratches and soft rubs? She’ll come running for those! Her calm presence is deeply grounding, and she adores interactive playtime with her fellow Bears.
Poppa Bear is the social butterfly of the bunch. He’s the first to leap into your lap, the one offering comforting “back massages,” and the fearless explorer of cardboard castles and catio adventures! He loves wand toys with feathers and keeps a balanced rhythm of play and snuggles, always clear about when he’s ready to wind down. Confident and emotionally attuned, Poppa brings warmth and stability to the trio.
Then there’s Baby Bear, the life of the party in pint-sized form. This nimble girl practically flies through the air chasing her feather wand, flipping mid-leap with kittenish joy! She’s a professional greeter, always racing to welcome her people with curiosity and enthusiasm. While she still builds confidence with close handling, her openness and daily growth shine through. She adores her parents and often initiates the group’s play sessions.
The Bears need a new loving, stable home filled with understanding, gentle routines, and time for shared joy. While placing all three together is the first choice, thoughtful placement combinations, such as Baby Bear finding her own family while Momma and Poppa stay paired, are also welcome if they support each cat’s long-term happiness.
Each adoption includes transition support, familiar items, and guidance to help these sweet companions settle comfortably into their next chapter.
