A joyful one-and-a-half-year-old Domestic Medium Hair girl currently in Charlotte, NC, whose essence is a delightful burst of happiness wrapped in a striking tuxedo coat. From the moment she meets new people, Sadie is ready to brighten the room with her affectionate nature, playful spirit, and wonderfully social personality! She happily greets visitors, settles comfortably into laps, and once she feels at ease, rewards her favorite people with sweet little kisses. One of her funniest habits is racing up and down the stairs while making an adorable sound that resembles a tiny revving engine, making every zoomie session unforgettable!
Playtime is one of Sadie's greatest joys. She loves chasing long string toys, batting around scratchy little toys with tails, stretching on her favorite cat scratcher, and showing off impressive acrobatic leaps that seem to defy gravity. When the excitement winds down, her softer side takes over. She has an irresistibly charming cuddle style, plopping onto your lap, rolling sideways with delightful clumsiness, and flashing an unmistakable little smile while she settles in for hours of cozy companionship.
Sadie is vaccinated, microchipped, and wonderful with people. She adjusted nicely to spending time with a young child, making her compatible with families who enjoy an outgoing, affectionate companion. Because she enjoys being the center of attention, she would thrive as the only cat or in a calm home without easily startled feline companions. Her compatibility with dogs has not yet been assessed.
Sadie is also managing ovarian remnant syndrome, which will require a specialist evaluation and a second spay surgery. She will be required to be spayed prior to placement in her new home.
