Meet Olive and Pumpkin!
A spirited pair of Domestic Short Hair girls currently in San Diego, CA, whose matching tabby good looks, clever minds, and playful personalities make them an unforgettable duo.
Olive is almost two years old, while Pumpkin is one-year-old. Olive wears a beautiful brown tabby coat, and Pumpkin sports tabby markings with white. Although they are not related, these small girls have grown up together and behave like sisters, playing, cuddling, grooming each other, and occasionally adding a little sisterly sass to the mix!
Life with Olive and Pumpkin comes with plenty of entertainment. Both adore wand toys and are energetic explorers, while Pumpkin is especially fond of spring toys and enthusiastic zoomies. Olive is wonderfully vocal and exceptionally clever. Cabinet doors are apparently puzzles waiting to be solved, and even a sliding bedroom door has proven no match for her ingenuity!
Their youthful energy does not clock out at bedtime. These two can bring serious 3 a.m. zoomies, including racing through the bedroom and across sleeping humans. Their new family should be prepared for daily interactive play, enrichment, and creative ways to channel all that feline brainpower and energy. They can also happily snooze much of the day before their nighttime adventures begin.
Both girls are affectionate, friendly with family and strangers, enjoy being picked up, and seek out attention and treats. Olive has scratched a toddler, so a loving home without toddlers or very young children will be the most suitable fit. Their compatibility with dogs and other cats has not been assessed.
Olive and Pumpkin are spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and have no known health concerns. Most importantly, this bonded pair needs to be adopted together by a patient family ready to embrace double the affection, intelligence, silliness, and zoomies!
