A charming five-and-a-half-year-old Domestic Short Hair currently in Lewisville, TX, whose wonderfully independent personality comes wrapped in a petite 8-pound frame and a beautiful black-and-white tuxedo coat.
Affectionately known as “Little Girl,” Vanilla Bean is a charming lady who knows exactly what she likes, and she is perfectly happy to share her opinions with you! She enjoys spending time around her people, although affection tends to happen on her schedule. Picking her up is generally not part of the plan unless Vanilla Bean has personally reviewed and approved the arrangement!
Once she feels comfortable, this delightfully spicy girl enjoys hanging out nearby and keeping an eye on everything happening around her. She does not need to be in your lap to enjoy your company. Sometimes simply sharing the same space with her people is exactly where she wants to be.
Vanilla Bean is also quite the conversationalist! Talk to her, and there is a very good chance she will answer you. Whether she is commenting on dinner, playtime, or the general state of affairs, her chatty personality adds plenty of character to everyday life.
When playtime arrives, Vanilla Bean enjoys toy mice on strings and jingling balls. These favorites bring out her curious, playful side and offer fun opportunities for interactive play with her future pet parent. She is the kind of cat who can make you laugh simply by being unapologetically herself!
Vanilla Bean is spayed, and no health concerns have been reported. Her compatibility with children and unfamiliar cats has not been assessed, so thoughtful introductions would be important. A dog-free, indoor-only loving home would suit this independent girl and allow her to build trust at her own pace.
Vanilla Bean has spent her life alongside her littermate, Oreo, and shares a special connection with him. She would love to be adopted with her brother if a family is excited to welcome two cats, but Vanilla Bean can also be adopted on her own.
