Meet Freya and Luna!
Luna, a spirited almost 5-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier mix, and Freya, a loving 6-and-a-half-year-old Anatolian Shepherd mix, are a bonded pair currently in Temple, PA. Their days are filled with outdoor adventures, goofy moments, and plenty of snuggles.
Luna is a 65-pound tan beauty with white markings who is affectionate, playful, and happiest close to her people. Freya is a 95-pound tan girl who is loving, loyal, protective, and wonderfully goofy.
Together, these two make an endearing duo who enjoy hikes, walks, Kong toys, outdoor play, and relaxing with their favorite people afterward. They would thrive with an active family who can provide daily exercise, plenty of outdoor time, and preferably a fenced yard.
Both girls have received formal obedience training and are house-trained, leash trained, and off-leash trained with reliable recall. They know an impressive collection of commands and can be left alone for short periods without anxiety. They also enjoy car rides, making them enthusiastic companions for family adventures!
Luna and Freya are friendly with people and gentle with children of all ages. They are also compatible with cats! Freya loves meeting and playing with other dogs, while Luna needs more consideration around unfamiliar canines. Because of past experiences, Luna can be standoffish with new dogs and may react when loose or reactive dogs approach her. She is not reactive toward dogs while walking on leash. Despite her concerns around unfamiliar dogs, Luna adores Freya, and their special friendship shows just how comfortable these girls are together.
Both are spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Luna has seasonal summer allergies that can cause sneezing and red eyes, while Freya has no major health concerns beyond occasional diarrhea. Freya can also be nervous around vacuums and during storms.
With their combination of affection, training, outdoor enthusiasm, and joyful personalities, Luna and Freya are ready to share twice the companionship and twice the fun with a family who will welcome them together!
Could these two loving adventure buddies be the bonded pair your family has been waiting to meet?
