Meet Charlie!
A confident six-month-old Domestic Short Hair kitten currently in Vancouver, WA, whose adventurous spirit and affectionate heart are wrapped in a beautiful tan tabby coat.
Charlie is the kind of girl who knows how to make her own fun! Independent and curious, she is happy entertaining herself when her family is away, but when playtime begins, she is ready for action. Springs and wand toys are favorites, although anything she can chase is likely to earn her enthusiastic approval! She also enjoys tumbling and playing with other cats, including both her siblings and older feline friends.
For all that independence, Charlie has a wonderfully affectionate side. When she is feeling especially content, she turns into a champion biscuit maker, kneading away while her purr motor provides the soundtrack! She enjoys being held, seeks out affection, and has even started experimenting with laps. Her current technique is delightfully Charlie: settle comfortably just a few inches away, then occasionally decide that climbing aboard might actually be pretty nice.
Friendly with family and strangers, Charlie is also comfortable and gentle with children of all ages. She is accustomed to other cats and would be compatible with feline companions, but her confidence means she can also be placed on her own. Her compatibility with dogs is unknown because she has not had enough experience with them yet.
Charlie is spayed and up to date on vaccinations, with no known health issues. She needs an indoor-only loving home with a family who will give her time to adjust while continuing to offer plenty of play, affection, companionship, and opportunities to explore safely. She will even bring along her favorite bed and toys to help make her transition more familiar.
With her playful confidence, impressive biscuit-making skills, and charming combination of independence and affection, Charlie is ready to bring laughter, purrs, and lively adventures to her next chapter! Could this spirited little tabby be the new companion your family has been waiting to meet?
